  Women who work here laughed at me and my daughter. I asked a question regarding what is popular with kids (because they do kids nails much more often than I do). The woman laughed and said I don't know what kids like.
  On a separate visit, I had asked for an eyebrow wax. After the wax was done she said, lip too? I said no thank you. As I was paying the owner, I saw the woman point to her lip and say something in another language.
  On another occasion the customer next to me getting a pedicure asked for a manicure at the same time. I heard the manicurist complaining under her breath that she had to move her basket of supplies to do the manicure.
  Rudeness ruins the experience. I did enjoy the shea butter pedicure but I will not give my business to rude people.
